The configuration files look ok. However, one of the VM's has a second virtual NIC which is configured for NAT. Can you confirm you did not accidentally configure the "internal" IP settings on the wrong virtual NIC? Disconnect the second NIC in the VM's settings to see which virtual NIC shows up as disconnected in the guest OS.
