ESXi 5.1 gives 0.0.0.0 address

Installed ESXi 5.1 on two IBM 3650 servers.

The first install went fine (can point VShpere Client and it all looks good), the install on the second 3650, it gave me an IP address of 0.0.0.0.

The servers are the same - same NICs.  Both machines have two NICs and all four link lights are on.

I tried re-doing the network configuration (seemingly re-doing DHCP) but still get 0.0.0.0.

Any suggestions?
