What do you mean by this "at the same time"

The things which you can do in vmware is...take a clone of a vm or make it as a template and deploy...

before that you need to create some answer file for the operating system..for the automatic customization ..by using customization specification manager you can create this.

Once done deploy the vm and select the appropriate guest customization as per the OS type...thats it.
