vCloud vApp Thin Provisioning

Hello,

I currently am trying to do some scalability testing with the latest build of vCD 5.1.

My goal:

Get 1000+ vApps deployed thin provisioned, each consuming about ~5GB thin, 60GB thick.

My resources:

20TB of disk space

Several hosts/switches

Situation:

I have two templates, one SLES11 and Win7, each consuming ~5GB thin provisioned that were created in vCenter.  They were imported into vCD as OVF files but for some reason when I try to deploy them, they are consuming the full 60GB on the storage profile on my Organization vDC.  Does anyone know how to reduce the footprint to the 5GB thin vApp?
