in order to run 64-bit guests your physical CPU and BIOS need to support VT-x (Intel Virtualization Technology). Check your BIOS settings and enable it and make sure you completely power cycle the computer after saving the BIOS settings.
If you cannot find this option in the BIOS, please provide the details about your host.
