How do you set the location?

I need to sync the times of my ESXi hosts, but when I go to the Configuration tab, then Time Configuration, there is no option for location.

Consequently, my hosts have their time set for Pacific Time by the dns server.  I'd rather not set my server with the wrong time, just to sync with the hosts, but I can't get off first base if I can't sync the times.
